CITIZENSHIP PROTECTION FUND

CITIZENSHIP PROTECTION FUND (CPF) The program provides for the AAW to be involved in public education on matters of major civic concerns including court decisions that affect public policy.

For example, the CPF provided public relations support for the principals in the historic 1991 Bradford vs. U.C. Regents decision regarding tuition fees and residency policy for undocumented students. Subsequently a lawsuit was filed under the case title of AAW vs. California State University upholding Federal Law and the Bradford decision on non-resident tuition at the state and community college level.
